As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced serial entrepreneurs like Paul Müller (founder Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder SumUp, €8B). Our offer includes a competitive salary or up to €500k in funding. You will receive 1:1 sparring sessions with unicorn founders on a weekly basis, access to the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors, and support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals. What You'll Do Owning, building, and running an AgriTech startup from scratch Embarking on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders Receiving support in hiring through our extensive network of professionals Getting intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding rounds Iterating your product with us until reaching product-market-fit and building up sales or marketing efforts Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in AgriTech or a relevant industry Ambition to start and scale your own startup Willingness to relocate if necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills About the Company EWOR GmbH is committed to supporting outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs in building €1B+ companies.
