Requirements
- PhD in Agricultural Sciences or related field
- MS with 3+ years applied research, extension, or industry experience
- BS with 5+ years applied farming, extension, or agribusiness experience
- Working fluency in at least two of: agronomy, soil science, animal science, agricultural economics, plant pathology
- Comfortable reading and interpreting crop figures, soil profiles, yield charts, and field imagery
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form
