About the Role As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist at Ultahost, you will own the growth of our affiliate program throughout Southeast Europe while contributing to wider international initiatives. You will build and strengthen affiliate partnerships, launch region-aware campaigns, and use performance data to keep new sign-ups climbing. Key Responsibilities Shape and roll out an affiliate marketing strategy built for European markets, supporting our global program goals along the way. Find, onboard, and develop affiliate partners across Bulgaria, Greece, North Macedonia, Romania, and Serbia. Plan and run localized campaigns that reflect regional culture, seasonal moments, and key holidays. Produce and maintain English-language promotional materials that help affiliates market Ultahost services with confidence. Track partner performance and deliver coaching, training, and optimization tips to lift their results. Partner with internal teams to create European landing pages and supporting marketing assets. Keep every campaign aligned with regional regulations and industry standards. Measure program outcomes and translate the numbers into decisions that fuel growth. Qualifications At least 2 years in affiliate marketing, ideally within web hosting or the wider tech sector. Fluent written and spoken English. Solid grasp of how affiliate marketing works across European markets. A demonstrated history of running affiliate programs and improving performance. Hands-on experience collaborating with influencers, bloggers, and affiliate networks at home and abroad. Preferred Skills An established roster of affiliate contacts across the European region. Familiarity with leading affiliate and digital marketing tools such as Post Affiliate Pro or Tapfiliate.
