About the Role As a Faculty Advisor focused on Nursing and Health Professions, you will be an integral part of the Faculty Advisory Team inside Pearson's North America Higher Education Customer Success Organization. In this full-time, on-site position in Des Moines, you will serve as a trusted subject-matter expert who guides course-level administrators through the successful adoption and ongoing use of Pearson's digital products. Key Responsibilities Identify and build strategic partnerships with key course-level administrators across nursing and health professions programs. Act as a subject-matter expert, advising faculty and program leaders on the implementation of Pearson digital products. Consult on course redesign and instructional strategies that maximize the value of Pearson learning solutions. Collaborate with the broader Customer Success Organization to support strong product adoption and customer outcomes. Qualifications Subject-matter expertise relevant to nursing and health professions education. Experience advising or partnering with faculty, administrators, or course-level decision-makers in higher education. Familiarity with digital learning products and the ability to consult on course design and implementation. Strong communication and relationship-building skills suited to a customer-facing advisory role.
