Requirements
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale change/adoption initiatives
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of experience-led, data-informed adoption models
- Track record of building capability in others and shaping team/practice-level outcomes
- PROSCI (or comparable) certification beneficial
- Workday certification(s) or willingness to obtain/maintain
