FranNet is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments within our growing organization.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, follow-up communications, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
- Assist with document management, legal review coordination, filings, and operational tracking during critical business timelines
- Support internal meetings, projects, and company events as needed
- Help maintain organized records, workflows, and communication processes across departments
- Provide executive assistance support to the President on select projects and priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure timely follow-through on action items
