Requirements

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, follow-up communications, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Assist with document management, legal review coordination, filings, and operational tracking during critical business timelines
  • Support internal meetings, projects, and company events as needed
  • Help maintain organized records, workflows, and communication processes across departments
  • Provide executive assistance support to the President on select projects and priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure timely follow-through on action items
