Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is hiring a full-time Acrylic Bath Installer to join our growing team serving Monroeville, Allegheny County, and the greater Pittsburgh area.

About the Role

As an Acrylic Bath Installer with Bath Concepts Independent Dealers, you'll be the hands-on expert who brings bathroom transformations to life in customers' homes. This is a field-based role covering Monroeville and surrounding communities in Allegheny County — no two days are exactly alike, and your craftsmanship will be the finished product customers see every day.

What You'll Do

• Install acrylic bath systems, tub surrounds, wall panels, and related bathroom remodeling components in residential homes
• Measure, cut, and fit acrylic materials accurately to ensure clean, watertight installations
• Remove existing fixtures and prepare surfaces prior to installation
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and leave each home in excellent condition upon completion
• Coordinate with scheduling and support teams to manage daily job assignments across the Pittsburgh metro area

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in bathroom installation, home remodeling, or a closely related skilled trade
• Familiarity with acrylic bath products, tub-to-shower conversions, or bath liner systems is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation to reach job sites throughout Monroeville and Allegheny County
• A customer-focused attitude and professional, courteous demeanor
