Reconcile accounts for both customers and carriers to identify discrepancies. Liaise with the U.S. office on billing questions, payment updates, and account inquiries. Resolve invoice and payment issues quickly and thoroughly. Maintain current, well-organized financial records. Assist with month-end closing procedures and additional accounting tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable. Background in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage accounting (required).
