Bridge33 Capital is hiring an Accounting Operations Analyst (Corporate Accounting) to join our Finance & Accounting team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, supporting our corporate accounting function during US Pacific business hours. About the Role As an Accounting Operations Analyst at Bridge33 Capital, you will take ownership of the everyday accounting engine that keeps our books accurate and audit-ready. Working hand in hand with internal teammates and external accountants and auditors, you'll manage corporate AR and AP, oversee vendor and contract relationships, and run expense workflows through the Ramp platform. Candidates with a strong corporate accounting background and a CPA or CMA designation are especially encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Oversee corporate accounts payable and receivable, including A/R analysis, collections, and resolving vendor questions. Administer Ramp end to end: process transactions, manage cards and approvals, code expenses, and reconcile activity. Lead vendor and contract management, from onboarding and recordkeeping to renewals, compliance terms, and ACH/payment updates. Assist with intercompany billings and reconciliations, create invoices, and post charges to tenant ledgers. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by preparing, formatting, and refining monthly financial reports. Keep documentation organized within electronic filing systems, including the integrity of the Accounting Dropbox structure. Maintain financial workbooks, property spreadsheets, and trackers, and partner across business units to enter accurate data. Communicate task status clearly to supervisors, monitor accounting and personal inboxes daily, and take on ambiguous, ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CMA preferred. Three or more years of experience across accounting, finance, or financial operations. Solid bookkeeping knowledge and strong Microsoft Excel skills, with familiarity using accounting systems a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, plus excellent written and verbal English. Sharp attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
