DEPT® is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead campaign delivery and client partnerships in our Vancouver, Canada office. This full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract position (with potential for extension) offers the opportunity to drive innovative marketing solutions for global brands through our Global Studios division. The Opportunity You'll take on a central leadership role in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious brands. This position bridges client strategy with our creative, design, and technology teams. You'll combine account management expertise with strategic vision—acting as a trusted advisor who brings both organisational excellence and business insight to client partnerships. What You'll Do Develop, refine, and assess client briefs to validate objectives and feasibility Manage campaign schedules and timelines across multiple simultaneous projects, coordinating with the Account Director on team capacity and prioritisation Maintain regular client communication, addressing questions, setting expectations, and delivering progress updates Synthesise client feedback and direction into clear instructions for designers, copywriters, developers, and cross-functional teams Assess ambiguous or unstructured client requests, identify underlying needs, and recommend strategic solutions Evaluate client asks against production realities and resource constraints, determining feasibility and next steps Monitor team workloads, flag capacity risks, and escalate roadblocks to leadership Cultivate strong client relationships through regular meetings, planning sessions, and proactive partnership Work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-impact CRM and digital communications on tight schedules Ensure projects ship on schedule, on budget, and to the highest creative standards Maintain in-depth knowledge of DEPT® capabilities and identify opportunities to add strategic value for clients Flag account risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders Qualifications Demonstrated agency experience in client services, senior account management, or an account supervisor role Track record delivering multi-channel integrated campaigns—digital, CRM, email, and beyond Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) Solid understanding of digital production workflows and interactive design principles Exceptional organisational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple concurrent projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines Comfort navigating ambiguous client briefs; skilled at identifying gaps and proposing independent solutions Strategic thinker who evaluates requests critically…
