About the Role As an Account Manager on RxBenefits' pharmacy benefit management team, you're the backbone of client retention and satisfaction. You'll support Brokers and Consultants during onboarding and account transitions, then partner with our Strategic Account Executive team to maintain strong, lasting relationships with every client. Your day-to-day work directly impacts how clients experience their pharmacy benefits and our company's reputation. What You'll Do Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, responding promptly to client questions, issues, and service requests Coordinate with internal teams—claims processing, billing, pharmacy networks, and customer service—to resolve client concerns efficiently Support Brokers and Consultants throughout account setup and ensure smooth transitions for new pharmacy benefits plans Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and plan utilization Prepare account reviews and reports highlighting pharmacy benefits performance, cost trends, and network utilization Work with the Strategic Account Executive on renewal preparation and account development strategies Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems and follow internal compliance procedures What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or healthcare/insurance client-facing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain pharmacy benefits concepts clearly to diverse audiences Excellent organizational and time-management abilities—you'll juggle multiple accounts and priorities Customer-focused mindset with genuine commitment to solving problems and delivering positive experiences Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred How to Apply Ready to build a career in pharmacy benefits management?
