Postmedia is looking for an Account Manager to join our team, which develops digital and print advertising campaigns for a wide variety of clients. We foster a collaborative team approach and work both locally and with other product, strategy and fulfillment teams across the country.

Requirements

  • Develop, manage and grow a specific set of accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage post-sale initial onboarding, as a liaison between client and internal fulfillment teams
  • Track account health to identify cancellation risk and actively work to eliminate that risk via creative solutions
  • Drive resolution of customer concerns and provide feedback to Sales and/or Product teams
  • Guide and manage production, development, admin and creative requirements
  • Responsible for day-to-day client activity, status meetings and communication
  • Provide highly responsive product, technical and creative support
  • Develop and deliver program performance presentations and lead strategic discussions
  • Ensures campaign strategies are implemented on time and adjusts or redirects strategies as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and develop recommendations based on data
  • Provide client training to improve utilization of campaign elements and use reporting features
  • Supports the vision of the company directors/partners
