What This Role Involves This role sits at the intersection of business development and operations. You will be the primary point of contact for managing competitive bid processes, coordinating with internal sales and delivery teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles. You'll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships while establishing new revenue streams through strategic account management and consultative selling. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end bid management including cost analysis, feasibility assessment, and proposal development for competitive opportunities Maintain and expand existing client accounts through contract stewardship, identifying and executing incremental revenue opportunities Build and leverage existing client relationships to generate qualified new business leads and partnership expansion Coordinate internal project kick-offs, design client-facing proposals, and deliver market-focused communications that address strategic business priorities Advise clients on research methodology, sample composition, and methodological choices; partner with internal teams to create tailored solutions Partner with Project Managers and Research Managers to translate specifications into exceptional results; ensure alignment across internal teams on research design and expected deliverables Navigate complex client requests with professionalism and diplomacy; mobilize internal resources toward resolution or escalate appropriately Manage bid request timelines with rigorous attention to deadlines and resource alignment Coordinate with external partners and vendor networks to optimize project execution and delivery Serve as the central coordinator between Sales leadership and Delivery teams throughout all project phases What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related field 1–2 years of hands-on experience in market research operations, account management, or business development Background in healthcare or life sciences market research is highly valued Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple concurrent priorities without compromising quality Talent for building trust with clients and delivering responsive, proactive service Fluent written and verbal communication; ability to craft persuasive client-facing materials Strong command of time management and deadline-driven delivery Problem-solving orientation; comfort…
