This is a remote position.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Monitors and manages account segmentation, industry identification and client communication.
- If needed, conducts client presentations.
- Conducts client problem/ needs analysis
- Creates contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Collaborates with the technical team for the needed scope of work, assumption dependencies and constraints or any other technical specifications needed to translate specific requirements into a quantitative value.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
- Collaborates with immediate head in the development of new businesses.

Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a lead for the account management team, mentoring junior staff and providing guidance to ensure alignment with company and client goals.

Requirements
- Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Commerce, or any business-related course.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to travel, as needed.
- Must have at least two (2) to five (5) years of experience, working for an IT services and solutions company or a managed services company is not required but an advantage.
- Must have a strong understanding of technology, with hands-on experience in software development, IT services, or SaaS platforms
- Must have a proven track record in sales in a B2B industry.
- Experience in handling finances and working within specific timelines, an advantage.
- Must have extensive experience in conducting presentations and negotiating deals.
- Preferably with prior experience in the use of different CRMs and various productivity tools.
