Our platform provides customers with complete visibility, security, and integrity across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) — to prevent them from becoming the next SolarWinds.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) has a mission to evangelize and develop an interest in Cycode. The RSM is then responsible for prospecting into targeted accounts within a geographic area to create a pipeline and drive the adoption and acquisition of new accounts. The ideal candidate has command of strong sales fundamentals and exceptional documentation/communication of activities through SFDC.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Field Sales experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience in Security space, AppSec is a must
  • History working within an early-stage scaling company.
  • Adaptable and able to excel in a quickly evolving environment.
  • Successful experience running the entire sales cycle from start to finish and owning a million-dollar+ quota.
  • History of strong sales performance and quota attainment.
  • Accurate forecasting skills.
  • Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with sales processes such as MEDDICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
