Humaans is hiring an Account Executive, Mid-Market in London to power the next stage of our revenue growth as we expand our AI-driven people platform across Europe and the US. About the Role As one of our first dedicated mid-market sellers, you'll be a foundational member of the Humaans sales team and a primary engine behind our commercial momentum. This is a full-time, in-person role based in London, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll target ambitious scale-ups and mid-market organisations, beginning with companies of roughly 200 to 600 employees and growing into accounts of 2,000 to 3,000 as you build your track record. Key Responsibilities Generate, develop, and close your own pipeline with complete ownership and accountability. Design fresh outbound strategies, messaging, and sales collateral tailored to your ideal customer profile. Develop deep product fluency by partnering with Engineering and Customer Success, translating complex capabilities into clear customer value. Carry customer insights back into the business to help shape the product roadmap. Build trusted relationships with HR and People leaders as well as business transformation decision-makers. Communicate our vision and trajectory in a compelling, audience-appropriate way. Qualifications 4-6 years in commercial roles, ideally within B2B SaaS. Experience inside top-tier, VC-backed companies or comparable high-ambition environments. A consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota in highly competitive markets. History of closing deals in the $50k-$100k ARR range. Strong personal ambition, drive, and a willingness to move fast and set the pace for others. Ability to adapt your communication style across senior executives and junior operators alike. Entrepreneurial instincts, whether through prior founder experience or the ambition to build something at scale. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across every communication channel.
