Key Responsibilities Surpass monthly revenue targets and lead-generation goals tied to assigned customer segments Reside within the designated region and travel extensively inside it to cultivate relationships and uncover opportunities Create outstanding purchasing experiences for prospects, current customers, and reseller partners Manage leads, activities, and pipeline using Salesforce.com and Gong to drive closed revenue and report insights to leadership Serve as a polished representative of AvidXchange, Inc. and its full suite of offerings Build client enthusiasm by demonstrating practical ways to apply the company’s solutions Foster team success by exchanging effective techniques and sustaining a competitive, positive perspective Structure calling and appointment time strategically to generate qualified leads, progress decisions, and finalize agreements Satisfy established productivity standards and service-level expectations Surface new selling approaches and recommend them to leadership Travel at least 50 percent of the time to support regional relationship and pipeline development Requirements University degree or equivalent plus a minimum of three years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, marketing, accounting, computer science or SaaS-related field preferred together with three or more years of vertical experience Combined inside and outside sales background, ideally from financial services, software, technology or adjacent firms Working knowledge of AR/AP accounting practices and related systems Experience with automated accounts payable tools or selling utilities solutions preferred Competitive understanding of the AP marketplace preferred Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar contact-management platforms Documented record of meeting or…
