We're hiring an Account Coordinator, Paid Social to join our remote team at DEPT®. If you're based in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, California, or Washington and want to build expertise in paid social marketing, this full-time role offers hands-on experience with leading advertising platforms. The Opportunity This is your foundation for mastering paid social strategy and execution. As an Account Coordinator, you'll manage 2–4 advertising channels including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest. You'll gain real-world experience applying DEPT's proven paid social methodologies while delivering measurable results for major global brands. Beyond executing day-to-day tasks, you'll own performance analysis, client-facing communication, and strategic optimization that directly impacts campaign success. Your Responsibilities Manage campaign setup, bidding strategies, and optimization across assigned paid social channels Analyze performance data and develop reports that explain results with clear, actionable insights Execute account management tasks: uploading campaigns, adjusting targeting, managing keywords, and refining ad placement Monitor budget pacing against key performance indicators and flag any variances to the wider team Apply DEPT's best-practice frameworks for paid social strategy and execution Present channel performance to clients during meetings and strategy sessions Develop proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, sorting, and analysis Participate in and document internal strategy discussions and client presentations Skills & Qualifications A minimum of 1 year working with paid social advertising or related digital marketing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, data sorting, conditional formatting, and lookup functions Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple deadlines Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing and internal collaboration Must be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zone (Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, California, or Washington) Nice-to-haves that will impress us: Meta Ads Manager Certification Hands-on experience with TikTok or Snapchat advertising An entrepreneurial, self-directed approach to learning and problem-solving Genuine enthusiasm for marketing innovation and emerging trends Why Join DEPT® DEPT® is a forward-thinking digital agency with 2,500+ specialists across 30+ global locations.
