Key Responsibilities Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements to protect organisational interests. Provide timely oral and written counsel on regulatory, corporate and employment-law matters arising in ordinary business activities. Monitor changes in Chilean legislation and alert stakeholders to emerging compliance obligations that affect Santiago, RM operations. Support internal investigations and dispute-resolution efforts by gathering documentation and coordinating with external counsel when needed. Prepare concise legal opinions and briefing notes that enable informed decision-making by senior leadership. Maintain organised records of legal correspondence, filed documents and advisory work product for easy retrieval and audit readiness. Requirements Law degree recognised in Chile and current professional authorisation to practise as an Abogado/a. Demonstrable experience advising companies on contracts, compliance and routine advisory matters. Strong working knowledge of Chilean civil, commercial and labour legislation relevant to businesses operating in the Región Metropolitana. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with working proficiency in English preferred for correspondence and documents. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while delivering precise, client-focused advice under realistic deadlines.
