Role Overview You'll function as a core enabler of account-based marketing strategy, working alongside the Director of ABM to operationalize initiatives across our B2B client portfolio. Your focus centers on translating prospect signals and market intelligence into actionable direction for paid acquisition, content, and email teams. You'll spend significant time within ABM platforms maintaining data accuracy, surfacing insights, and ensuring campaign decisions are grounded in real behavioral signals—not assumptions. What You'll Do Design, maintain, and iterate on target account lists, segmentation hierarchies, and scoring models using 6Sense and Demandbase Monitor behavioral signals and account engagement daily; surface movement and opportunities to leadership proactively Support development of ABM assessments, implementation roadmaps, and client go-to-market frameworks Convert account intelligence into campaign briefs and targeting specifications for paid search, paid social, content, and email teams Coordinate with channel partners to validate that campaigns reflect your account strategy and messaging architecture Own ABM reporting and dashboards; track pipeline influence, account engagement, and funnel progression Drive coordination across agency disciplines to maintain strategic consistency in client campaigns Support business development and talent evaluation through account and competitive research Apply AI tools to enhance ABM execution and reporting Leverage Power Digital's proprietary nova platform for ABM measurement and strategy Present ABM insights on client calls and discovery sessions; progressively lead these independently Qualifications Hands-on proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM platforms (required) 2–4 years in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or ABM roles (agency or in-house) Working proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot Knowledge of intent signals, predictive scoring, and account tiering; desire to deepen strategic expertise Strong analytical skills; able to extract and interpret data independently Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate platform data into actionable direction Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage account data across multiple clients Collaborative mindset with confidence to…
