Key Responsibilities

• Float flexibly between laboratory sections, benches, and shifts to maintain consistent staffing and turnaround.
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation while following established protocols.
• Verify accuracy of results through quality control practices and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to ensure reliable, patient-centered diagnostic information.

Qualifications

• Education and certification meeting the standards required for a Medical Lab Scientist II role.
