Who We're Looking For Hold a valid Deck Officer Certificate of Competency suitable for service as Third Officer on tankers of this size and trade. Possess previous sea-going experience as a junior deck officer, ideally with tanker or chemical cargo exposure. Demonstrate solid working knowledge of international maritime regulations covering navigation, cargo handling and pollution prevention for IMO III chemical tankers. Show competence in bridge resource management, GMDSS equipment use and basic cargo-system operations.
