Communicate respectfully with students, families, and fellow staff members. Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly program space. Qualifications Genuine enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children. Patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to be present and engaged during scheduled afternoon hours on-site at Hamilton-Parsons Elementary. Capacity to follow program guidelines and support a structured, safe setting. Willingness to meet any onboarding requirements established by the district.
