Mekdam Technical Services
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Building
Environmental Engineering.
Chartered / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Building Services Engineering
(e.g., HVAC, plumbing, drainage, irrigation, building compressed air, building medical
gas), utility network layouts, onshore/offshore Oil & Gas installations, with
Consultant/Contractor and/or client lead background.
Proficiency in use of design software such as Carrier E20, Hevacomp, and Knowledgeable
in drafting software such as AutoCAD.
Experience in construction, commissioning and start-up activities.
Experienced working within multi discipline/cultural environment.
Experienced in resolving technical challenges related to Mechanical Building Services and
adjacent discipline issues.
Ability to prioritise and conclude multiple tasks in a timely manner to meet scheduled
deadlines alongside unscheduled urgent activities.
Ability to coordinate with and promote teamwork amongst stakeholders, co-workers and external organisations.
Fluency in English with good verbal and writing communication skills and proficiency for conducting presentations
