What You'll Do Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for commercial and residential properties Assist on commercial leasing matters, including letter of intent review, lease drafting, and landlord-tenant negotiations Support real estate development transactions from initial structuring through closing Conduct due diligence reviews, including title examination, survey analysis, and zoning assessments Prepare and review loan documents, deeds of trust, and related financing instruments Coordinate with escrow officers, title companies, lenders, and brokers to facilitate timely closings Assist with entity formation and structuring for real estate acquisitions and joint ventures Communicate directly with clients, providing clear and practical legal guidance throughout transactions What We're Looking For Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing Approximately one year of transactional real estate experience, whether from a law firm or in-house setting Foundational understanding of California real estate law, title concepts, and commercial leasing principles Strong drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail in reviewing transaction documents Ability to manage multiple active matters and meet client-driven deadlines in a team-oriented environment Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills About Robert Half Robert Half is the world's largest specialized professional staffing firm, connecting skilled legal professionals with leading employers across Los Angeles County and nationwide.
