About the Role

As a Loader Operator I based in Jenkinsburg, Butts County, you will run front-end loaders to transport materials throughout the operation and support daily production targets. This is an on-site, full-time position focused on safety, accuracy, and steady workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate front-end loaders to relocate raw materials and finished products around the facility
• Load trucks, hoppers, and conveyors to keep production and shipping running smoothly
• Carry out routine pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all site safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and operating guidelines
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily output goals

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment is preferred
