About the Role

As a Software Development Snr Director at Oracle in Atlanta, you will guide the software engineering group chartered with designing, constructing, and running a brand-new continuous integration and continuous delivery platform. This foundational system is built to unify and automate how teams ship software throughout OCI, directly shaping engineering speed, system reliability, and security. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Atlanta, Fulton County.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and grow the software engineering teams responsible for building and operating Oracle's enterprise-scale CI/CD platform.
• Set the technical vision and roadmap for a standardized, automated software delivery pipeline used across OCI.
• Enable engineering teams to deploy changes safely, efficiently, and at scale.
• Champion platform reliability, security, and engineering velocity as core delivery outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Oracle to align platform capabilities with broader cloud engineering goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior engineering leader managing software development organizations.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD systems, software delivery automation, and large-scale platform engineering.
• Track record of delivering reliable, secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure.
• Ability to mentor and scale high-performing engineering teams in a fast-moving cloud environment.
