Key Responsibilities

• Champion the security, privacy, and integrity of sensitive healthcare data at every layer of the stack.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into resilient, maintainable systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience designing and delivering production software at a staff or principal level.
• Deep expertise in building distributed, high-scale, data-intensive applications.
• Strong command of system design, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• A track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite for this full-time position.
