About the Role
As a Support Engineer at Oracle, you will deliver both functional and technical support for Oracle Health solutions, helping clients resolve issues, maintain system reliability, and get the most from the platform. This is an onsite, full-time position connected to government and healthcare contracts, so eligibility requirements are strict and clearly defined.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical assistance for Oracle Health products and services.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Support the stability, performance, and ongoing reliability of supported systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and close out complex technical matters.
- Document solutions and contribute to a consistent, high-quality client support experience.
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required because of client contract obligations.
- All work must be performed on U.S. soil.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate government security clearance.
- Strong functional and technical troubleshooting skills suited to a support engineering role.
- Willingness to work onsite as required by the position.
