About the Role

As an Event Coordinator with Robert Half in Herndon, Fairfax County, you will own the full lifecycle of events — shaping the initial concept, supporting every planning stage, and overseeing each detail on the day itself. Working closely with vendors, attendees, and internal stakeholders, you will keep budgets, timelines, and logistics aligned so that every gathering runs seamlessly. This is a full-time, onsite position based on a Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver events from early concept through to successful completion.
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure dependable support for each event.
• Build and track event budgets, monitoring spending to keep costs on target.
• Develop and maintain detailed timelines and schedules that keep every milestone on track.
• Manage on-site operations during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Ensure a polished, positive experience for attendees and stakeholders alike.
