Based on-site in Archer, Laramie County, this position blends hands-on client delivery with strategic growth, supporting a steadily expanding body of work where cybersecurity and government solutions meet.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the delivery of cybersecurity engagements for a portfolio of federal and utility clients.
• Act as Cadmus's subject-matter expert on protecting critical infrastructure against evolving threats.
• Drive business development efforts that broaden the firm's footprint across government and energy sectors.
• Translate complex security challenges into practical, mission-aligned solutions for public-sector and utility stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams within the Federal Operating Group.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, ideally with exposure to critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience serving federal and/or utility clients on security-focused initiatives.
• A track record of leading client delivery and contributing to business growth.
• The ability to operate as a trusted cybersecurity advisor across diverse, high-stakes programs.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Archer, Laramie County.
