About the Role

As a Google Gemini Manager, Technical Transformation, you will join Deloitte's Sales & Service practice, a team focused on helping clients forge stronger, more valuable customer relationships. Drawing on advanced analytics, generative AI, and creative design, you will guide technology-driven change programs that improve customer experiences and unlock sustained, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of generative AI initiatives built on Google Gemini for enterprise clients.
• Translate business goals into practical technical transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Apply advanced analytics and emerging technologies to strengthen customer engagement and commercial performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across strategy, data, and creative design to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage project workstreams, guide junior practitioners, and uphold quality throughout each engagement.
• Advise stakeholders on how AI-led approaches can drive lasting customer value creation and capture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technology or digital transformation programs in a client-facing or consulting setting.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms, ideally including Google Gemini.
• Strong grounding in advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, teams, and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for connecting technical concepts to commercial impact.
• Willingness to work on-site in Newburgh Heights, Cuyahoga County (this role is not remote).
