As a Litigation Paralegal with Addison Group in Phoenix, AZ, you will work alongside attorneys to keep complex matters moving from intake through resolution. This position focuses on disputes involving foreclosure, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, and real estate, making it an excellent fit for paralegals who thrive in a detail-driven, deadline-oriented practice. Compensation ranges from $34.00 to $38.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Support active litigation matters tied to foreclosure, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, and real estate disputes.
• Draft, organize, and manage pleadings, correspondence, and case documentation.
• Track filing deadlines and maintain accurate, well-ordered case files.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and courts to ensure each matter progresses smoothly.
• Assist with discovery, document review, and trial or hearing preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of hands-on litigation paralegal experience.
• Demonstrated background supporting foreclosure, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, or real estate dispute matters.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfort working on-site in Phoenix, Maricopa County.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of $34.00 to $38.00.
