Demand Generation & Growth Manager

Omatic is hiring a full-time Demand Generation & Growth Manager in Mount Pleasant, Charleston County, to take command of our entire inbound growth engine and turn early buyer interest into measurable revenue pipeline.

About the Role

As the Demand Generation & Growth Manager at Omatic, you will approach growth with the curiosity of a scientist and the discipline of an operator. Rather than simply managing a calendar of campaigns, you will own the complete inbound system: attracting qualified traffic, producing content that sparks the first signs of buyer intent, building the nurture programs that qualify those signals, and partnering closely with sales to convert demand into pipeline. This is a hands-on, end-to-end ownership role for someone who loves experimenting, measuring, and iterating toward predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate Omatic's full inbound demand generation system from first touch through pipeline handoff.
• Drive qualified traffic and develop content that creates and captures buyer intent.
• Design and run nurture programs that qualify leads and move them toward a sales conversation.
• Coordinate closely with sales to convert qualified demand into revenue pipeline.
• Treat growth as a series of structured experiments — form hypotheses, test, measure, and optimize continuously.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning demand generation, growth, or inbound marketing programs end to end.
• An analytical, data-driven mindset paired with a strong bias toward execution and rapid iteration.
• Fluency across the inbound funnel: traffic and content generation, lead nurture, and marketing-to-sales handoff.
• Comfort partnering directly with sales teams to align on pipeline and conversion goals.
• The operator's instinct to build systems and processes, not just one-off campaigns.
