About the Role

As an Agentic Commerce Senior Manager within Accenture Song, you will guide banking clients in designing and delivering next-generation, agent-powered commerce experiences. Working across strategy and execution, you will connect product thinking, experience design, and technology platforms to keep clients relevant to the customers they serve. This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Slope, Washington County.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agentic commerce initiatives for banking clients, from initial concept through hands-on delivery.
• Translate customer insight into product, experience, and platform decisions that drive sustained relevance and growth.
• Partner with clients to shape creative, media, and marketing strategy across campaigns, content, and channels.
• Bring together cross-functional teams spanning experience design, technology, and orchestration.
• Strengthen client relationships through deep banking industry expertise and trusted advisory.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading commerce, digital, or customer experience programs, ideally within banking or financial services.
• A strong grasp of agentic and AI-enabled commerce, product design, and experience platforms.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end engagements, from ideation through execution.
• Skill in building and maintaining senior client relationships.
• Comfort working on-site in West Slope, Washington County, in a full-time capacity.
