About the Role
As an Event Consultant with The All Occasions Group, you will be the main point of contact between All Occasions Event Rental and the people planning everything from weddings to corporate functions. Working on-site in Sharonville, you will guide clients through equipment choices and rental logistics, ensuring each event is supported by the right products and a smooth, well-informed experience from first inquiry to final pickup.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and All Occasions Event Rental throughout the rental journey.
- Walk clients through rental procedures, company policies, and the full range of available products.
- Offer consultative recommendations on equipment selection tailored to each event's size, style, and goals.
- Help clients design memorable events by matching their vision to practical rental solutions.
