Kraken is seeking a Counsel – Litigation to join their team, managing a high-volume docket of consumer arbitrations, small claims matters, and federal and state litigation matters. The successful candidate will work independently on a fast-moving docket, with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- At least 6 years of litigation experience
- Meaningful exposure to consumer financial services matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating independently on a high-volume, fast-moving docket
