We are seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer to lead UI strategy and development for high-scale web products. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, focusing on React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with strong expertise in headless CMS architectures.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules)
  • Strong experience with headless CMS, particularly Sanity.io (including GROQ/GraphQL) and migrations from platforms like WordPress or AEM
  • Solid understanding of state management solutions (Zustand, Redux, or XState) and front-end testing frameworks
  • Proven experience leading distributed teams within Agile/SCRUM environments
