This position is responsible for managing technical relationships with OSAT partners, leading process qualifications and yield improvements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in assembly process efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in assembly engineering, process engineering, or related field
- Masters degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong technical leadership and management skills
- Experience with yield improvement, process control, and quality metrics
