Flawless is a company that’s revolutionizing Hollywood with assistive AI. The Performance Specialist will help generate flawlessly translated visual dubs from AI-powered cinematic Performance Transfer and work with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in film, TV, animation, or post-production in a hands-on creative role
- Strong understanding of lip sync and audio synchronization at a sub-frame level
- Experience with keyframing and shot-based work in editing, VFX, or animation pipelines
- Proven ability to deliver polished, client-ready creative work under deadlines
- High attention to detail with strong visual judgment and finishing sensibility
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills for interpreting and applying creative feedback
