We are seeking a Head of Talent & Development to lead recruiting efforts, onboarding new hires, and ensure appraiser quality across multiple markets. This role offers a clear path to Director of Talent & Development and the opportunity to build and lead your own team as the company scales.
Requirements
- Currently or previously held a residential appraiser license
- 3+ years of experience in residential appraisal, appraiser recruiting, or a closely related field
- Proven success recruiting and hiring licensed residential appraisers end-to-end across multiple U.S. states
