Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency looking for a proactive and driven person to expand education partnership network across South Asia and Europe. The role requires sourcing, researching, and building partnerships, as well as maintaining existing relationships.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as an Account/Relationship Intern/Junior/Specialist in an international work environment
- Experience in the Education or Research industry is considered an advantage
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the education industry, preferably working with educational counselors or academic institutions
- Demonstrated ability to independently source leads and build partnership pipelines from the ground up
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to conduct outreach and close partnership deals
- Self-starter with high ownership, strong initiative, and comfort working in a remote environment
