We are a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. We are seeking a Director of Workforce Planning to lead a team responsible for workforce planning, scheduling, and onboarding operations for employed doctors (ODs).
Requirements
- 10–15 years’ experience in workforce planning, labor, or workforce management
- Experience in a large corporate environment
- Experience with workforce management systems including scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
