Huzzle is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in solar or adjacent industries to join a fast-scaling company in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, BDR, or outbound sales role
  • Proven experience in solar or adjacent industries (renewable energy, utilities, HVAC, construction, or similar)
  • Strong track record in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline building
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and hit targets consistently
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
