Requirements
- Customer facing soft skills
- Experience in SDWAN
- US Citizen
- Troubleshooting under pressure
- Expert in networking technologies
- Thorough knowledge of security design features
- Hands-on experience using security-related toolsets
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Keen ability to understand and analyze customer requirements
- Ability to effectively implement SDWAN products and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer interactions
- Excellent inter-personal, technical presentation and communications skills
- Proven team player
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
- In-depth knowledge of IPv4/v6
- In-depth knowledge of Routing Protocols
- In-depth knowledge of Layer2 Switching
