Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience building or owning career sites, job boards, candidate portals, or similar candidate-facing web products
- Strong product discovery skills and comfort working in shared ownership models
- Ability to balance design quality with enterprise-scale constraints
- Technical fluency and strong collaboration skills with engineering partners
