MoonPay is seeking a Manager, KYB Operations to lead the team responsible for onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing compliance review for partners and business customers across MoonPay and its subsidiaries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in KYB, KYC, or AML operations within crypto, fintech, payments, or financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing or leading an operational team, with a track record of driving team performance
- Deep expertise in corporate KYB reviews, including ownership and control structure analysis, UBO identification, and risk assessment
