Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Media company, with the chance to work in Greece.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the online media or digital content industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
- Familiarity with subscription-based services and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
