What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating with clients, and closing hires
• Execute strategic headhunting for niche and volume roles
• Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple international markets
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to deliver consistent placement success
• Meet performance targets in a high-velocity, fully remote environment

Must-Haves

• At least 3 years of headhunting and/or volume hiring experience
• Candidates with 3+ years of recruitment experience or fresh graduates from top state universities with Latin honors are encouraged to apply.
• Clear and excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Willing to work US Eastern Time hours
• Amenable to attend quarterly company/team gatherings
• Stable internet connection and working laptop
