We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist – Coding – AI Trainer to build long-horizon revenue cycle tasks with deterministic rubrics, develop scenarios in ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS coding, and work independently to improve AI model performance in healthcare revenue cycle evaluations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle
- Expertise in ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS coding, denials and appeals, prior authorization, payer policy, or EHR billing workflows
- Comfortable with revenue cycle artifacts: coded encounters, claim forms, denial appeals, payer correspondence
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode into deterministic rubrics
